Arts Room’s menu is a curated selection that has been thoughtfully crafted to cater to a wide range of palates, ensuring a delightful experience for all age groups. The menu also includes vegan-friendly and gluten-free options, marked clearly, with an abridged version available upon request for those with specific dietary needs. There is a breakfast menu as well.

Among the signature dishes recommended by the chef are the Chicken Teeka Masala, a creative twist on a beloved classic featuring Layla’s roast chicken in a velvety tomato cream sauce, and the Crunchy Pork Belly, served with a Shillong roast dip and a touch of Mexican Tajin for added zest. For seafood lovers, the Lobster and Caviar, with Andaman lobster paired with cognac and Osetra caviar, promises an indulgent experience.

The menu also boasts refreshing options like the Yellowtail Ceviche, a vibrant dish with coconut and guava accents, and the Very Nice Salad, combining quinoa tartare, mizuna, and a tangy carrot kanji dressing. For pasta lovers, the Nero Pasta, inspired by Thai red curry and Maharashtrian thecha, offers a unique fusion of bold flavors. The Rainbow Trout, complemented by potato pave and orange fennel sauce, is a standout among the larger plates.

Guests can try the Two Fridas, inspired by Frida Kahlo’s painting, featuring hemp seed-infused tequila with watermelon and chili saccharum. Another standout is the Goan Rains, a kokum-based tequila drink inspired by F.N. Souza’s depiction of Goa’s monsoon season. The La Guernica, a whisky-based cocktail with Manam dark chocolate and Mexican chili, pays homage to Picasso’s powerful anti-war masterpiece. Each cocktail is a canvas of flavors designed to surprise and delight.

The second offering includes Contemporary Classics from around the world. Guests can enjoy a Freezer Martini, served with glamorous flair, or a reimagined French 75, where sparkling wine and gin meet with a visionary twist. Whether it’s a Smoked Paloma or a perfectly balanced Paper Plane, these drinks promise sophistication and consistency in every sip. There are Zero Proof Cocktails on the menu too.
